FAQ

  • Yes! Our feed points will offer water, drinks, fruits, snacks, and premium sports nutrition from Megaraw, SiS and Powerbar. If you have specific dietary needs, we'll ensure your preferred nutrition is available at every feed point.

  • The Pre-race Mechanic service includes thorough bike inspection and minor adjustments. Any parts replaced will be charged separately. While we strive to address all bike issues, please note that unforeseen major issues may arise, and we'll do our best to assist, though it may not always be possible to resolve them immediately.

  • Completing long distances can be taxing, so we offer the option to stay an extra night for rest and celebration. Avoid lengthy transfers and enjoy a well-deserved rest and celebratory dinner after the event.

  • Basic technical assistance is available at the feed points, including puncture repairs (tyre/tube) and minor adjustments for shifting/brakes available on some points. The rest will have the tools for a self-service. The Map of points with mechanics will be provided before event.

  • Our Ultimate package includes transfers from the airport to Son Brull hotel, from the hotel to the race start, and back to the hotel from the finish. Additionally, a transfer from the hotel to the airport or any point on the island is included.

  • The race ticket is part of the standard package provided by the organizers, including a ticket for any distance (167km, 225km, 312km), insurance, racing jersey, and access to all their race services.
