Cancellation Policy for Tours and Guided Rides

CANCELLATION POLICY
Free Cancellation:
Cancellation without any charge if you notify us more than 120 hours (5 days) before the tour/guided ride start time.
30% Cancellation Fee*:
30% charge fee for cancellations made between 72 and 120 hours (3-5 days) before the tour/guided ride start time.
50% Cancellation Fee*:
50% charge fee for cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the tour/guided ride start time.
100% Cancellation Fee*:
100% charge fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours (1 day) before the tour/guided ride start time.
*Cancellation fee calculation applies only to the total amount of tour/guided ride prices and excludes partial coverage of damage, delivery, and any other non-profile services. For the rental part will be applied standard rules for refunds and deposits. Cancellation fee will be applied once we receive any kind of confirmation about the booking for a guided tour or ride
