Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the bike rental shop in Port de Soller during the peak season.
• Manage inventory, ensuring the store is well-stocked with high-quality bike parts and accessories.
• Assist customers with rentals, purchases, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the mechanics team to ensure all bikes are in top condition.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and events to attract customers.
• Maintain the store’s visual appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and appealing.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budget management.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cycling industry.
• Strong leadership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of basic bike mechanics and the cycling industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
