Reynes Cycling is expanding and we are on the lookout for talented Mechanics to join our team in Mallorca. Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on our bike fleet, focusing on road and electric bikes with Shimano mechanical or Di2 transmission and disk brakes.

• Ensure all bikes are in top condition and ready for clients.

• Assist in maintaining the inventory of spare parts at the Port de Soller location.

• Collaborate with the store manager and other mechanics to meet the requirements and conditions of the bikes.

• Provide prompt and efficient service to occasional clients.

• Help prepare the bikes and store for the off-season.

• Make bike deliveries across the island.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a mechanic, particularly with road bikes.

• High attention to detail and efficiency in working with high-end bikes.

• Preferably experienced with Shimano Di2, mechanical groupsets, and SRAM AXS group sets.

• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons (March-May, September-October).

• Task-oriented mindset.
