Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks including maintenance, emergency repairs, and mechanics team management.

• Maintain and repair our bike fleet, primarily road and electric bikes with Shimano mechanical or Di2 transmission and disk brakes.

• Organize and manage the inventory of spare parts for both Deia and Port de Soller locations.

• Develop and document maintenance procedures to ensure high-quality servicing.

• Lead and manage the mechanics team, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards.

• Collaborate with store managers and other mechanics to meet the needs and conditions of the bikes.

• Provide prompt and efficient service to occasional clients.

• Build high-end custom bikes with meticulous attention to detail.

• Prepare the bikes and store for the winter and summer season.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanic, especially with road bikes.

• High attention to detail and efficiency in working with high-end bikes.

• Preferably experienced with Shimano Di2, mechanical groupsets, and SRAM AXS group sets.

• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons (March-May, September-October).

• Task-oriented mindset.
