Terms and Conditions

1. Initiating a Referral:

• The Bounty Hunter must contact Reynes Cycling through any official communication channel (e.g., email, phone, website contact form).

• The Bounty Hunter should inform us that they will be referring a friend or colleague for a position at Reynes Cycling.

• The Bounty Hunter must provide the name and contact information of the potential candidate, as well: position.

2. Candidate Requirements:

• The referred candidate must sign a contract (full-time or seasonal) with Reynes Cycling for the specified position.

• The candidate must pass the trial period of three months.

3. Performance Criteria:

• The referred candidate must work successfully for at least three months.

• During this period, the candidate’s work must meet high standards of quality and accuracy, with minimal mistakes, demonstrating their professional expertise.

4. Reward Payment:

• After the referred candidate has successfully completed the three-month period as specified in points 1,2 and 3, Reynes Cycling will pay the reward to the Bounty Hunter.

• The reward will be paid out within a reasonable time frame after the successful completion of the three-month period (10 working days).

General Conditions:

• Reynes Cycling reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Bounty Hunter and the referred candidate.

• The program is subject to change or termination at any time at the discretion of Reynes Cycling.

• Any disputes or claims arising from this program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Reynes Cycling.

• The program will remain valid until Reynes Cycling decides to close it.

• Please note, individuals cannot refer themselves to claim the reward.

• Chief Bike Mechanic: €525

• Bike Mechanic: €325

• Chief Store Manager: €325

• Store Manager: €325
